Description

Somewhere around Chef 12, just deleting client stopped working for rebuild since the new client does not have ACL for old node. There's a way how to reconfigure ACL using knife but right now it's not clear whether it could be achieved with chef-api gem. Deleting node does not seem as a good idea as it may contain more information that we have in Foreman.
