undefined method 'bootdisk_raise' for Boot disk iPXE - host template preview

Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) create OS and domain
2) associate 'Boot disk iPXE - host' template with OS from previous step
3) create a bare-metal host with only the required attributes to pass validations: name, org, loc, os created in previous step (with medium, ptable and root pass), physical interface with mac and domain from step 1 (do not add subnet or ip) and submit
4) try to view preview, observe the error
