in our Foreman instance, we see a very slow load of the hostgroups list (Configure -> Hostgroups) for a couple of users with certain roles/
Instead of the usual ~5-10s, it takes for them ~2-3 minutes. This is rather long, if the user wants to add/modify/delete a hostgroup.

We rely heavily on organizations and hostgroups, usually a user belongs to 1-2 organizations.
The affected users have a role, which grants them access to all organizations. Granting them administration rights is not ideal, as they would gain more permissions than they need.

I can reproduce this problem reliable in our instance. Currently, we are running Foreman 1.15.6 on CentOS 7.
I have manually collected a log file from such a request, with debug, sql and permissions enabled.
