Description

Trying to test connection on docker compute resource shows ReferenceError: testConnection is not defined on web console.

Thanks for the report, the docker compute resource is provided by foreman_docker plugin which as its own subproject here, so I'm moving the ticket there. Also please do not assign specific release, that is used only after the fix is merged to indicate in which release it has been fixed.

Confirmed in Foreman (1.19.1) with docker plugin (4.1.0)

Unless the console is open the user is not informed about the failure. I also ran into this when I was setting up foreman docker plugin (https://community.theforeman.org/t/foreman-docker-plugin-setup-help/12796).
