Seeing an issue with only Discovered hosts. After creating the host and provisioning it, if you Edit the host, the Puppet Master and Puppet CA field become blank. This isn't necessarily a huge issue, as they are only needed for provisioning. However, if we run through another build cycle on the host, it requires the user to reselect these options, making additional work that shouldnt be needed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Provision a host that used Discoverey
2. After you submit the provisioning, click on Edit host
3. Observe that Puppet Master and Puppet CA fields are now empty
