Description

Hammer is missing functionality around assigning hostgroups to config-groups
It should be able to:
- manage associations between host groups and config groups

There are --config-groups and --config-group-ids options for 

hammer hostgroup create/update
commands, therefore I will close. feel free to reopen if I misunderstood.
