Description

Currently, the installer checks for a /var/lib/candlepin/cpdb_done file to determine whether or not to set up candlepin. This can be problematic when you have restored configs from another machine and the cpdb_done file is present. It would be nice to have an option to force candlepin to setup, or use another way of checking candlepin is present (maybe check the database for tables?)
