[Refactoring] Tests for discovery must be in a consistant manner.

Description
All test in core are in a pattern like /test/unit/controllers, /test/unit/models/ but
in discovery we have all tests in /test/ folder. We must have them segregated.
This bug can we divided into multiple commits, for controllers, models, views, and so on.
