leaked template strings when importing manifest, unable to upload manifest

Description
There are strings like "{{ displayValue }}" and two strange rectangles on a page for manifest import. Please see screenshot.
This is a todays nightly installation.
Files
- Subject changed from leaked template strings when importing manifest to leaked template strings when importing manifest, unable to upload manifest
- Priority changed from Normal to Urgent
And it is not just about strings on page. Looks like I'm unable to upload manifest at all.

- Translation missing: en.field_release set to 166
This was because a change that depended on a bastion release was merged before that bastion release was released. This should be fixed now in the latest master branches, you can rm Gemfile.lock and bundle install to fix (if this is a development environment). Please reopen if its still an issue.
