Katello Task pages give 404 at /katello/api/v2/tasks?

Description

The Product> Task page makes a call to katello tasks at route /katello/api/v2/tasks? which results in 404. The page then looks at /foreman_tasks/api/tasks/bulk_search and fetches the results to render.

Second Issue on this page occurs when you land the page and do a browser refresh. Instead of showing tasks for the resource, all the tasks are listed, which can be confusing.
Created issue # 23264 to track that issue.
