Description

Navigate to Content > Packages > <package_name> in the web interface.
You are now on the Details tab of the package overview page.
Under "Package Information" their exists Applicable To and Upgradable For.
Next to both there are links with something like "n Host(s)" as the link descriptions. (Where "n" is the number of hosts things are applicable to/upgradeable for).
However, the numbers displayed are swapped. (The link for Applicable To shows the number of hosts that the package is upgradable for, and vice versa.)

Proposed fix: Swapping the relevant lines in "engines/bastion_katello/app/assets/javascripts/bastion_katello/packages/details/views/package-info.html" (pull request will follow)
