Description

Currently --reset in the foreman-installer doesn't handle remote Mongo with replicas well. We need to connect to the primary one.
We need to decide which Mongo versions we want to test and support

Katello 4.0 has dropped pulp 2 and mongo, so this issue is no longer relevant.
