When selecting an Openstack computer provider, and building within Foreman. The VM tab properly lists, and allows you to select, from any project for which the user account tied to the Compute Resource can see/use.
However, this is then disregarded and the build happens on the Project/Tenant selected within the Compute Resource when it was configured.

I would vastly prefer the ability to (from a single compute resource in foreman) See/Build on "any" Project for which the account has rights/access to, but at minimum, it should not present the option if each resource is specifically tied to a specific Project/Tenant.
