Inconsistency in CLI and WebUI task listing - action vs. name

Description

There are three issues when comparing UI and CLI output of the tasks:

1. the field that is called as 'Name' actually doesn't show any data - it should go away
2. the Action field show just a part of info: it should actually concatenate humanized['action'] and humanized['input']
3. the order of fields (especially the action) is different, than in the UI.
