Description of problem: Browsing capsule puppet environments, Need to click twice on 'number of classes' to get the result

How reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Satellite, navigate to Infrastructure -> Capsules
2. Click on a Capsule name
3. Select the Puppet tab
4. Select the Environments sub tab
5. Click on any of the numbers in the "Number of classes" column
Actual results:
First click on "Number of classes" doesn't work
Expected results:
should list the puppet classes
Additional info: Should list puppet classes in the first click on the hyperlink

This is reproducible on 1.18 rc1, it seems it requires production env (tested on rpm installation). The first click goes to dashboard, if you click quickly enough again (double-click), it goes to the right page. It seems the first click removes something that is hovering on that link.
