Unable to create a osp compute resource with auth api v2

Description

Version: Foreman RC 1.18

Steps:
1. Create a OSP 10 Compute resource with v2
2. Click load tenants

Actual Result:
Unable to save
OpenStack compute binding only supports version v2 and v2.1

Expected Result:
OSP resource should be created

Additional Info:
I checked the logs and I don't see any error in them.
It works for v3 identity i.e OSP12, but not for v2 OSP10
