We now have 3 options for Provisioning / name_generator_type (Type of name generator):
- Off
- Random-based
- MAC-based

It would be useful to also have a Custom option where you can specify an API url that returns a hostname (plain text or json although json would require an agreed / decided format which the external api needs to follow)
Either case, we nowadays use an external api that gives a free servername suggestion but it is a hack in the javascript. Would be nicer to have this as a configurable option in the Settings
