Description of problem:
There appears to be a limit to the number of subnets that can be added to a domain in the web ui.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 6.3.2

How reproducible:
Reproducible with 25 or more subnets.

Add a large number of subnets to a domain in the Webui, receive error

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a large number of subnets to a domain in the Webui, receive error

Actual results:
receive error, no subnets added to domain

Expected results:
Subnets should be added to domain
