steps to reproduce.

1. go to orgs or locations (pick one of them).
2. if you an existing location, click on the action drop downs and select 'Assign hosts'
3. notice a host list with wrong pagination ux (see attachment)

in case you dont have an org, you can create one, and on the 3rd step of the wizard you'll see the same issue.
