Description

This is a follow-up on foreman core's introduction of medium providers (https://github.com/theforeman/foreman/pull/5244).
Uniqueness of a medium can be achieved by adding content_view_id.

Fixes #24263 - Added managed content medium provider

Instead of monkey patching Redhat class, created a medium provider to be
used in foreman.
