Description of problem:
The Sync Status page shows a checkbox 'Active Only', so that, when syncing multiple repos at once, you can filter to only see the ones that are actually syncing at the time

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Sync a bunch or repos that is less that the total amount you have enabled
2. check the 'Active Only' checkbox
3.

Actual results:
Nothing happens, all repos are still displayed

Expected results:
You only see the ones that are actually syncing
