Description

Steps to reproduce:

1) inside /etc/ansible/ansible.cfg:
  1. roles_path = /tmp/roles
    roles_path = /etc/ansible/roles
    2) try to import roles, the commented roles_path will be used

Markdown broke my reproducer steps and I cannot edit, it should have been:

# roles_path = /tmp/roles
roles_path = /etc/ansible/roles
