Reproduce:
Navigate to a foreman task
Select 'Start Auto-Reloading'
Wait for the task to reload

Actual:
(See video) The nav gets super messed up: The expand/contract hamburger doesn't do anything, there are no sub-menus, and the main content portion of the page overlaps with the menu.

Expected:
Auto reload doesn't affect the vertical nav. If I have the nav collapsed/expanded, it should stay collapsed/expanded. The main content should never overlap with the nav. The sub-menus should never disappear.

Notes:
This might not be an issue in Katello. It might happen with a plain foreman; I haven't tested it, so I reported against Katello. Feel free to move this to Foreman or Foreman Tasks project after investigation.

This might only affect devel. I cannot reproduce it in Katello 3.7.
