Description

https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/22862 adds the async_ssh option, but it is only configurable as an installer option, this issue asks for it's addition to web ui settings.

The original reasoning was to allow enabling this on a per-proxy level. Allowing configuration of this in settings would make this apply globally to all proxies, probably across orgs/locs as well. I'm not sure we want this.

I aggree with Adam: this is setting on proxy and there is no UI tool for configuring the proxy. This change would involve moving in many parts, which I don't see as worth the effort right now.
