Description of problem:
Breadcrumb bar on OS page doesn't show name of OS but only generic title "Edit Operating System".

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Sync OS content
2. Goto Host -> Operating Systems
3. Select an OS

Actual results: Breadcrumb bar says "Edit Operating System"

Expected results: Something like "Edit RedHat 7.5"
