Description

The foreman-proxy.spec file contains the Katello history rather than the history from foreman-rpms. There are some changes to the init script that aren't incorporated either.

There's also a mistake where the shadow-utils requirement isn't in the Fedora requirements list, only EL when useradd is used on both platforms.
