Description

Hello,

minimum value in counter spinner is set to 1, instead of 0.
It is used in counter_f field. It is used in foreman_fog_proxmox plugin and some fields need to start at 0. When value is set to 0 by user, in edit form the spinner changes it with 1, which is the minimum.

Could it be possible to change it to 0?
