Unable to add same subscription more than once in Satellite

Description of problem:
Unable to add same subscription twice in satellite. Even though it is added in Manifest, refresh does not add it in Satellite.

100%
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a satellite manifest in Customer portal
2. Add the below subscriptions:

Oracle Java Add-On (Physical or Virtual Nodes) 01
Red Hat Enterprise Linux for Virtual Datacenters with Smart Management 01
Red Hat Satellite Employee Subscription 01
Red Hat Satellite Employee Subscription 01
------
3. Upload the manifest in Satellite
4. check the entitlements in Satellite after manifest successfully imported
Actual results:
It shows 1 for each subscription as below :

Expected results:
It should show 2 satellite subscription as per manifest :

Additional info:
- Deleted the manifest and reimport change "Oracle Java Add-On (Physical or Virtual Nodes)" to 2. however its also incorrect result.

I think we are hiting the same problem here.
In the Red hat Network we have added our subscriptions to the manifest which includes multiple times the same product with the same SKU, contract, start and end time and just a different number of entitlements. In Katello we only get one with the same combination and so we are missing subscriptions and have unentitled ESX hosts causing problems with updates on the guests.

This is an RFE which requires some investigation as to whether we'll actually implement to RFE. I'm closing this issue and disassociating it from the BZ until we figure it out.
