Failed Scenarios:

1. module-stream list --content-view-id/content view does not exist -- FAILED

[vagrant@centos7-hammer-devel ~]$ hammer module-stream list --help  | grep content
 --content-view-filter CONTENT_VIEW_FILTER_NAME      Name to search by
 --content-view-filter-id CONTENT_VIEW_FILTER_ID     Filter identifier
 --content-view-version CONTENT_VIEW_VERSION_VERSION Content view version number
 --content-view-version-id CONTENT_VIEW_VERSION_ID   Content view version identifier
 --ids IDS                                           Ids to filter content by

2. --host parameter is not present for module streams which exist in the package too -- FAILED

[vagrant@centos7-hammer-devel ~]$ hammer package list --help  | grep host
 --host HOST_NAME                                            Host name
 --host-id HOST_ID                                            
 --packages-restrict-applicable PACKAGES_RESTRICT_APPLICABLE Return packages that are applicable to one or more hosts (defaults to true if host_id is specified)
 --packages-restrict-upgradable PACKAGES_RESTRICT_UPGRADABLE Return packages that are upgradable on one or more hosts

vagrant@centos7-hammer-devel ~]$ hammer module-stream list --help  | grep host
[vagrant@centos7-hammer-devel ~]$

3. module-stream list --environment-id 1 ---- FAILED

Currently, this filter seems to be not working, even if We don't have environment-id it still shows the result with all the list of module streams (validation is missing)
