Invalid single-table inheritance type: Host::Discovered is not a subclass of Host::Managed
Description
We have upgraded our Foreman from 1.15.6 to 1.18.2 and we are using the Organization.
Some users (non-admin) feedback they can't create the host (https://foreman/hosts/new).
The admin permission fix this problem. I'm not sure is it related with the taxonomies related issue recently.
The error message is :

After I removed the existing discovered host in this Organization, this issue is ok now.

Thank you, we advice to delete and rediscover all discovered nodes after upgrade. I am going to close this issue for now.

I actually misread the info provided, I am sorry. Reproduced on develop branch, I will keep closed this as dupe of https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/25207 however. Thanks for report, expect an update soon into 1.19 stable release.
