Description

module stream management actions are run for all hosts, not only hosts inside host collection

Steps Reproduce:
1. Create 2 host collections with different hosts inside.
2. Do action on 1 host collection group

Expected Result:
Only the hosts should get updated with module stream present in that host.

Actual Result :
All hosts are getting updated.
