Description

Occasionally, the DebVcrTest which tests repo create/remove would fail. We are not sure why this is; it appears that VCR got confused and thought a cassette was not loaded when in fact it was.

The test was removed in cee70cb95d7a41; this issue is to investigate and re-add the test once it works 100% of the time.
