Description

We assumed guest subscriptions are unlimited, but there are some that have available quantities > 0.

Reproduce:
Create some virt-who guest subscriptions (have a virt-who hypervisor, attach a physical sub to it)
Ensure the guest subscription has a quantity > 0 (updating the pool using the Rails console is fine for reproducing)
Navigate to the subscriptions page

Actual:
No upstream pool ID was found for Katello::Pool with ID: 229. Guest subscriptions

Expected:
No JS errors - no guest subscriptions are editable. Further, no pools without upstream pool IDs should have editable entitlement quantities.
