I just changed installation media for an OS.
Impacted hosts could not change build state without any
explicit error message.
I had to edit the host and save it to come back to a consistent
state.

Maybe we should ask if the change should be applied in all impacted hosts
when editing Media Installation ?
Or have a explanation error message without going to logs.
