Right now every host may have a single owner_id, but desktop machines are frequently associated with two entities-- an administrative entity and an end-user entity.

An additional fields should be added to each host to optionally contain a user or group of users, similar to owner_id. Alternatively, hosts could allow the arbitrary addition of user and group associations for even greater flexibility.
