Description

We call the Subscriptions page "Red Hat Subscriptions". This is misleading for a few reasons:

Custom subscriptions show on this page, not just RH subs
We have "Red Hat Repositories" page that only shows RH repos, so this is inconsistent
The menu item is called "Subscriptions", not "Red Hat Subscriptions"
