the 3.10 yum repo: https://fedorapeople.org/groups/katello/releases/yum/3.10/katello/el7/x86_64/
still points to rc1 packages, the GA package for 'katello' was not rebuilt.

Also the 'katello-repos' rpm points to the beta pulp repo.
