The UI treats a child organization (& location) as inheriting the subnets, domains, and environments from the parent, i.e. the parent/child relation is reflected in the UI and it blocks re-adding an inherited entity. But if you try to actually use one of the inherited entities in a child organization, Foreman blocks the request with the error that the entity is not part of the organization & location.
