Description

In bug #14023 the solution to a request to expose the MaxPoolSize and MaxInstances settings was to just increase the MaxPoolSize and leave MaxInstances alone.

This is causing a significant slowdown in our system (which has over 2500 systems and a very large facts file) and won't allow us to throw hardware at the problem.

As a stopgap, please provide advice on hacking this configuration statement in. We're installing via the puppet module, but I can't figure out where the directive should actually live. I can probably figure out how to alter that via Puppet once I know where to manually change the setting.
