Description

Currently, users can disable/enable sync plans. Behind the scene, this disables/enables the associated recurring logic.
There might be cases where users do not want to manage sync plans from the sync plan page but directly from the foreman tasks recurring logics page. We should allow enabling/disabling of recurring logic to also control sync plan enabled field.
