Description of problem:
When manifest import task fails (maybe because I have imported that manifest in different org on that satellite already by accident), no indication is given on manifest import page

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
satellite-6.5.0-6.beta.el7sat.noarch

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create org A and import manifest X there
2. Create org B
3. First, change "Red Hat CDN URL" (e.g. if you are in disconnected environment)
4. Second, while still on the "Manage Manifest" dialogue, attempt to import same manifest X there

Actual results:
Even although task failed with "warning" result more than minute ago, progress bar (on the screenshot) is still on 0% and is still not indicating any failure

Expected results:
I should be warned task failed as I'm in the case when I'm not changing "Red Hat CDN URL"
