Add supersede vendor-class-identifier when filename starts with http(s)

Description

It looks like UEFI HTTP Boot will not work unless the DHCP entry has

supersede vendor-class-identifier = "HTTPClient";

line. We can add that in the ISC DHCP module or better generic DHCP module when filename option starts with http(s)://

We could use a class to match them instead of adding them. This would be configuration change only. Need to take a look.
