The scenario:
- have a host with BMC interface with IPMI password provided
- edit the host such that it causes additional confirmation dialogs (e.g. change the host's name and it asks you to confirm the overwrite in the DNS record)
- the input field for BMC interface IPMI password is no longer disabled
- saving host deletes the saved password

The last two should not happen.
This issue is a long-standing one - I randomly lost IPMI passwords here and there since the beginning but only now discovered the culprit (hey, I'm a developer too, I know the pain of non-reproducible bug reports :-) ).
