At the moment it is difficult to filter content hosts to find those registered by virt-who. If using hostname as identifier (hypervisor_id=hostname in virt-who) filtering by name is the easiest way.

If katello/virt-who would set the fields registered_through to virt-who or even better the virt-who configuration section (like virt-who-config-1) and set/update the last_checkin with every virt-who report, it would be possible to use filters like 'registered_through = "virt-who"' to find all hypervisors and 'registered_through = "virt-who" and last_checkin < "7 days ago"' to find hypervisors not reported for 7 days but probably still consuming a subscription.
