It would be preferred to have the ability to prepare the setting of the flag:

"Enable this host for provisioning" which is visible in the provisioning wizard in the "Operating System" tab.

It would be nice to be able to create an hostgroup which has this disabled.

In this case using foreman to create VIPs.

I might just need to use the API instead let folks do this operation ( host[build] ). But it's preferred to have this ability. I guess it's an easy fix.
