Dear foreman team,
the installation on my fully updated fresh centos 7 fails with:

Failed to apply catalog: Found 1 dependency cycle:
(Group[foreman] => User[apache] => Class[Apache] => Package[tfm-rubygem-passenger-native] => Class[Foreman::Install] => Class[Foreman::Config] => Group[foreman])

It can be reproduced every time if i remove every package relating to the installation and trying to install the foreman katello.
