Description

For a Content Host in the 'Packages' tab it is possible to show the 'applicable packages', which IMHO is the wrong name.
The packages displayed are the ones that are upgradeable in the current version of the Lifecycle Environment.

Renaming the page to 'Upgradeable Packages' would be consistent with the naming scheme of the Errata, where 'Installable Errata' are the ones that are already available in the current Lifecycle Envoronment.
While 'Applicable Errata' are the ones that require promoting a new version of the Content View to the current Lifecycle Environment in order to install them.
