Unable to fetch environment variables in dashboard

Description
We are using foreman with puppet and in the dashboard its unable to fetch the current environment running in the hosts. And If i see the foreman proxies I see the error message I'm attaching the screenshot . Please let me know where should I spot on the configuration to fix the issue.Thanks in advance.

This is likely an issue with the smart proxy configuration or with communication between the foreman server and smart proxy. Keep in mind that 1.15 is long out of support.
