The code that checks the VM power status currently have a timeout of 15 seconds (Timeout.timeout(15) line 8)
Our environments are unfortunately too slow for this and can respond only after 30 seconds for instance, so we get timeouts and some hosts fail to build.

Can we make this timeout configurable ?
