Description

I have registered hosts in my Foreman Katello perfectly.
Hosts with Centos 6 populate their OS correctly, but, Hosts with Centos 7 don't populate it.
It seem to work all correctly, but don't populate their OS at Foreman Katello.
All of them were registered through subscription manager by activation key.
I have tried to install the same packets by yum in Centos 6 and Centos 7 (every packet for its distribution, el6 or el7)
My Foreman server is 1.20 and Katello is 3.10
My clients are katello 3.2 (I have tried 3.8 too in Centos 7)

Centos7 doesn't properly report the .y release. We'll take a look into it!

In my Foreman Katello at "Hosts/OS" I can see:

Centos 6.10 (1 host)
Centos 7.6.1810 (1 host) <-- The Foreman Server. It's the only Centos7 machine that show OS

I have registered in this Foreman 3 machines:
- CentOS release 6.10 (Final)
- CentOS Linux release 7.6.1810 (Core)
- Oracle Linux Server release 7.6

But in the list of hosts, only populate his OS the CentOS release 6.10 and the server (CentOS Linux release 7.6.1810).
The other Centos7 and the Oracle7 have empty the OS registry.

I don't know if it's related, but I have a small issue related to centos 7 operating system.

Puppet upload facts to foreman, and it changes my operating system to CentOS 7.7.1908. When I run yum on the server, it triggers something (probably some katello yum plugin) that updates my operating system back to CentOS 7.

My audit is getting full of this as every server changes its operating system all the time.

Using: katello-3.13.2-1.el7.noarch
